Hey this stand alone building with a red & white steer statute on top stands out for all the right reasons. The deli serves up mean delicious deli sandwiches. I ordered a custom made sandwich. Oh boy it was fantastic! Soft, sturdy bread. Tasty, quality deli meat. Fresh fixings. Yum! But I got one gripe, my sandwich meat serving was skimpier than then the other Yelpers. You can distinguish from the photos. Inconsistency and arbitrariness makes me skeptical. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt here this time though. The place is located in the wine country of Sonoma, CA. The shop has a few outdoor tables. But it's mostly a grab n go. Inside is clean and compact. No frills. The frills are in the sandwiches and food. Mmm, delicious. To order, you fill out the ordering form and stand in line. When it's your turn, you hand over the form. Very old school, but hey if it ain't broke! Then you shuffle towards the cashier. Besides the sandwiches, they sell... cold drinks, homemade local jams/jellies, Angelo's meat products that are vacuum sealed in the refrigerator, and of course Angelo's famous jerky... beef and turkey. The jerky comes in a bunch of flavors. I'm kicking myself for not buying g a bag. The jerky all had a gorgeous color with a moist tenderness. No shoe leather jerky here. Angelo's meats is a smokehouse that's been in business since 1972. The smokehouse is in Petaluma, CA. They sell smoked sausages and bacon, smoked chicken and pork chops, tri tip and steaks, whole roast pigs, and beef and turkey jerky. They also cater and sell whole roasted pigs. Ya

Stopped by Angelo's to get some beef jerky. They are a full service deli as well. They had several different kinds of Jerky. I had the Teriyaki Beef, VIP jerky, and the BBQ Beef Jerky. I liked the Teriyaki flavor and it was pretty cut bite size. Best Jerky in Sonoma.

Stopped here to pick up some meats + bread rolls to make my own sandwich at the beach. Very well priced for what you get - I took home salame, smoked turkey, dutch roll, and chips. The only thing I would like to note is that my turkey did not have a single hint of smokey-ness to it so I am wondering if they gave me the wrong meat ... ? Unsure, anyhow, I would come back to pick more things up from here!

We dropped by for their sandwiches. The dutch crunch bread with chicken salad with the works was the perfect sandwich. The crunch was sweet and crumbly and the chicken salad was slightly smokey. So good! I could barely finish the half...but I did and now I'm stuffed. It's well worth stopping by. The service was quick and we were in and out in a matter of 5 minutes. There's seating right out front or next to the parking lot. Great place for grab a quick bite!

Really solid deli! We arrived around 11 AM which was perfect timing because the lunch rush started soon after. The sandwich is really hearty and filling and the perfect start to our day before hiking. My only complaints were the price and the bread. It was almost $60 for just the two of us which I was sticker shocked by. I've never paid that much for 2 sandwiches. Also for how hearty my sandwich was I felt like the bread started falling apart soon after I began eating. I had to remove all the veggies to keep it from completely falling apart. Either way still solid and delicious.

8/20/23 I love the cow Quick pit stop for Diet Coke for Hubby. Thankfully they carry Coke products. It's a deli, small, tiny but with lots to offer for sandwiches & jerky, beverages & snacks. I took a sample of the bread & dipping sauce, tangy! If we were hungry, we would've gotten some sandwiches. It's great to know that this shop is here from our Sonoma trip on the way to San Francisco. Stop on by

I grew up coming here as a kid, my dad would always make sure we stopped by when we were in the area. Being an adult and coming back, it's even better than i remember! The sandwhiches and jerky is OFF THE HOOK. I can't get enough of it. Whenever anyone is in the area, make sure to stop by, you won't be disappointed!! It sucks living in SoCal now since i can't visit this place often anymore, lol.
